Facilicom Consult organises study tours and training in 1) community development and 2) status on sustainability of social infrastructure in The Netherlands. These are tailormade training courses, which consist of visits to local organisations, which are active in the areas of community development, environment and social infrastructure.

3. Facilitation of participatory planning
On request Facilicom consult facilitates participatory planning meetings for organisations. Most of the time, Facilicom assists organisations in making long term, mid term and short term plans helping them to implement change in the organisation.

4. Evaluation
Facilicom Consult conducts participatory evaluation missions for non-governmental organisations, bi- and multi-lateral donor agencies in development co-operation.
